After the frequency conversion transformation of the air compressor, the pressure always remains at the required set working pressure, which can be reduced by 10% compared with that before the transformation. The energy consumed during unloading operation is about 40% of that during loading and unloading, which can save about 10% according to the average unloading time. The frequency converter can make the motor start, load the current gently rise, without any impact; The motor can be soft stop to avoid the harm caused by reverse current, which is beneficial to extend the service life of the equipment. After adopting the frequency conversion control system, the pressure of the gas in the air supply pipeline can be monitored in real time, so that the pressure of the gas in the air supply pipeline can be kept constant and the production efficiency and product quality can be improved. The variable frequency starting current of the air compressor is small, less than 2 times the rated current, and the loading and unloading valve does not need repeated action. The variable frequency air compressor automatically adjusts the motor speed according to the gas consumption. The running frequency is low, the speed is slow, the bearing wear is small, the service life of the equipment is extended, and the maintenance workload is small.
